Senior Software Engineer (Based in Dublin) (Apply)

Due to continued expansion we are adding to our software development talent pool. We want to augment our core engineering team with individuals who can contribute and drive specific product components (from design to development to test). Reports to: Engineering Manager

The Senior Software Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

• Perform Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, and Debugging of software.
• Develop programming interfaces and protocols for product development.
• Note that some travel (to the USA) may be required.

Essential Experience/Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years experience developing GUI/Web applications using .NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET ).
• Minimum of 4 years experience with Microsoft C++ and DCOM with some exposure to ATL, XML and MFC.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with the Microsoft family of operating systems.
• OOD and software architecture and organisation skills.
• Experience of designing component-based applications.
• Experience of designing Graphic User Interfaces.

Preferred / Non essential experience:

• Knowledge of object database technology.
• Exposure to UNIX systems.
