1. How we use and collect your information

Automsoft will not sell or rent your personal contact information to other companies. We will not disclose your personal contact information to other companies, except in the limited manner and for the limited purposes described below. The Automsoft Web site has several forms that may require you to provide your name, mailing address, phone, fax number, and e-mail address. We use this contact information to send promotional material about our company and products, and, in some cases, on behalf of related third party products and services. If you have purchased our software, expressed an interest in our products or were recommended by a colleague, we may use this information to notify you of new products, updates, or other information. The Automsoft Web site contains links to other sites such as other businesses. If you link to one of those sites, please note that we do not control their privacy practices.

We use your IP address to administer our Web site and, occasionally, to help diagnose problems with our server. Automsoft does not use IP addresses to link to personally identifiable information. Automsoft sends many types of email and postal mail including electronic newsletters, and event announcements, Product upgrade information, etc. You may choose to not receive these types of correspondence.

You may “opt-out” altogether from providing Personal Information to us by not registering on the Site and thereby not providing Personal Information. You may also choose at a later date to have your name removed from our database by clicking on the Opt-Out/Unsubscribe link contained within Email communications or by sending an email to webmaster@automsoft.com with “unsubscribe” contained in the subject line.

Certain portions of the Site and certain services provided on the Site, however, do require registration in order to access or use these areas and services. If you choose not to register or provide certain information, these areas will not be accessible to you.
