How do we store and protect your data?
Automsoft stores your data securely on Hostgator.com Servers. Hostgator is a brand of Newfold Digital Inc. For transfers of personal information, such transfer is under the EU Commission’s model contracts for the transfer of personal data to third countries (i.e., the standard contractual clauses), pursuant to Decision 2004/915/EC and 2010/87/EU.
HostGator Servers are protected from DDoS attack (UDP flood).
Hostgator has an extensive custom firewall rule and large Modsecurity rule sets protecting their servers from a variety of forms of attack.
Hostgator Data Centers are all highly secure facilities with restricted access.
Hostgator employs additional confidential server security methods and precautions.

Your data is stored in a Wordpress/Woocommerce Authenticated SQL database and our website has HTTPS secured website access. We use two factor authentication for Wordpress Users.
If you have been issued with a RAPID™ License, we store your email address on our License Server which is an Amazon Web Services EC2 instance in Amazon’s EU-WEST Region. Data is written to an encrypted database and transmission to/from this instance uses SSL encryption.
How long do we retain your data for?
Your data will be retained for as long as we have, or need to keep a record of, our business relationship with you and your organisation. Thereafter we will delete your data. All business records must be kept for six years.
Your personal data may be held for longer periods where extended retention periods are required by law or regulation and in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.

Automsoft would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
